1) |
All students must return to Hostel within prescribed
time limit. The hostel warden may allow the student late
entry upto½ hour with recording of the reason of
late arrival in the Register as per written application
of the student. More than ½ hour late entry ordinarily
is not permitted only in exceptional cases it may be allowed
with prior written permission of the Principal as per
application of the student. In case of violation, strict
disciplinary action will be taken and parents will be
informed accordingly. |

All the students must be present in their respective
allotted rooms after evening attendance. Official Representative/Hostel
Attendant can check the presence of any student within
room and report the absence. Absentees during evening
attendance will be fined. |

No guest of any student is allowed to stay in the Hostel.
In case of emergency, prior permission of the Principal
will be required. Under no circumstances, male guest will
be allowed to stay in girls hostel and female guest in
boys hostel. |

Guest/Guardians/Parents have to seek official permission
to meet their wards in the hostel |
5) |
Students are not allowed night stay outside the hostel.
In case of emergency, wriiten request from parents/guardians
and prior permission of the Principal will be required.

The Hostel fee only covers the provision of accommodation.
For any other facility, extra charges will be levied |

Cleanliness of their respective rooms will be the personal
responsibility of the hostellers. |

Common room timing should be strictly observed. Watching
T.V. after 10 p.m. is not allowed. |
9) |
Non-vegetarian eatables, cigarettes, playing of cards,
use of alcohol & other intoxicants are strictly prohibited.
In case of violation strict disciplinary action will be
taken |

If a student is found creating indiscipline or becomes
a source of nuisance, he will be expelled from the hostel/college
depending on gravity of offence. Deposited fee/charges
will not be refunded. |

Extra electrical appliance e.g. Air Coolers, Press,
Heater in the hostel is not allowed. These facilities
can be availed by paying extra charges with the permission
of the authority |
12) |
Students are not allowed to keep large amount of cash,
Electronic gadgets, Radio, Stereo & T.V; musical instruments
in their rooms, causing disturbance to other students. |
13) |
Students must switch off fans and tube lights while
going out of room. |
14) |
Any damage to the hostel furniture or any other property
will be recovered from the allottee/occupant |
15) |
The routine attendance, outgoing time and incoming
time entry record will be maintained both by the hostel
attendant and the main gate security. Every student should
ensure that such entries are effected in their own interest. |
16) |
All hostlers are cautioned not to keep very costly
things especially jewelry/heavy cash in their rooms. If
they do so, they will be doing it at their own risk |
17) |
Outgoing from the campus will be allowed twice a week
(Tuesday & Friday) only. Extra outing will only be
granted on extreme compassionate grounds on written request.

After returning from home, submission of leave application
form and entry into hostel register is compulsory. |
19) |
Students are not allowed to take Mess utensils to their
respective rooms. They must have food in dining hall only |
20) |
Study period will be observed from 07:00 PM to 09:00
PM. No student should be found outside his room at this
time. Students are expected to be in their room preferably
sitting on chair and studying their text books only. Wardens/superior
authorities will be checking during this period frequently. |
21) |
Use of mobiles must not cause disturbance to room mates
or other hostellers. |
